How often do you deliver?
Usually once to twice a week depending on your usage.

Will you carry my order inside for me?
Absolutely--Our pleasure. We will be very happy to help. Just ask!!!

What if I am going to be out of town and I have a standing order?
Please just call or email us to cancel your order for that week. Please notify us at least 2 days prior, but the more notice the better!

What if I forget until the day before?
We will try to save your order for another customer. If we have ordered special products specifically for you, then you will be billed for them and we will donate them to a local food pantry or homeless shelter.

What if I am not home and/or it is hot?
If we have keys to your house or code to the garage we will be happy to stock your refrigerator for you. If neither is available, then we will place the items in a cooler that you or we have provided and fill the cooler with ecological re-usable ice packs. Just return the freezer bags at the next delivery. Happy to do it!

What if you cant deliver?
We will post a twitter message on the website. We will also contact you by phone and/or email. If there is a problem we will deliver the next day.

What can I do to prevent from running out?
The best way is to plan on having enough milk to always get you through your delivery day.

Can I get items not on your product list?

When and how do I pay for my service?
Payment is due either upon delivery or the next following week and you can pay by cash, check or credit card.

Where does the milk come from?
Alta Dena and all our dairy products comes from local farmers. We support our local farmers and California Farmers. Claravale Farms Raw milk Comes from Central California by Fresno.
